try it without wheel trim[ may be something loose in it] could be anti rattle spring on calliper missing/broken!also try braking gently when noise is on to see if it dissappears-if it does then it is probably pads rattling.

probable constant velocity joint,outer cv of the drive shaft.will be more noticable on full lock
