Mend Peugeot Vivacity Moped

how can i fix peugeot vivacity 100cc moped?

The drive belt snapped on my sons moped, unfortunately he tried to repair it himself and did not fit the the belt as per manual. It runs but thats about all. I do know a little about why it does not run properly and want to know how to allign the pulleys .

Im not 100% certain on how to align the pulleys so I wont say, incase im wrong. Feel free to Email if your need some more help. Good Luck.
