Mend Zanussi 1500 Washing Machine Drain Cycle Spin Door

Zanussi 1500 Beeps twice when trying to start?

I've got a zanussi 1500, and whenever I try to start it it locks the door, makes some whiring noises and then starts beeping twice after a few minutes, problem is it started half way through a wash and has not drained.

Tried drain cycles and spin cycle all to the same result, any ideas?

Had a dig about, and although I had manualy drained it it seemed it was still full (or the machine thought so).

So turned water off, cleaned out the silt on the inside and air blasted the drainage hose and collector, all working again now
