Just done a service on my transit but for the life of me couldn't get the oil filter cap of even had a bar on my wrench didn't want to over do it, in case I did some damage to the nut. couldn't get it to budge, am I going to have to butcher it of and buy a new cap
Try an Impact gun works wonders on tight nuts and bolts.

No I'm doing it the right way even a mechanic mate of mine couldn't move it said who ever done it last as overtighten it he said he could get it of but I'd need a new cap by the time he's done it

shouldn't be that tight they only do up to 25nm are you sure youre undoing it the right way. it undoes anti clockwise
