Russell Hobbs toaster Model RHBT 015?

I need a circuit diagram for the russell hobbs two slice toaster,model RHBT015 it is using a IC CIRCUIT COMPONENT NUMBER (PT8A2511) AS CONTROLLER BECAUSE THIS TOASTER CAN DEFROST, REHEAT AND TOAST TWO BREAD SLICE AT ONE TIME. Where can I find this ic PT8A2511 in South-Africa or the people who do repairs on it in South-Africa. My problem is the elements is ok but the control circuit is not working.

I do not believe you will find this IC is SA easily; I have been looking around as well. Repair cost is not economical as the typical toaster is probably cheaper that 1 hours labour. Furthermore there are probably not a high enough demand for this IC to make it worth while for any electronics component shop to bring it in from China.
