Triton Opal 10.5kw shower?

My shower is approx 3 yrs old and until yesterday was fine, I now have to turn the heat dial round to the red section to get some warmth and therefore the pressure is reduced, it's almost like being spat on! Before we had the heat dial in between the red and the blue sections, any suggestions please?
