how do the timing marks go for a 99 Daewoo Nubira CDX 2.0L16v?

I need to know how the timing marks go on my 99 daewoo Nubira cdx 2.0L 16v. I do know there are two cam gears and they both say intake and exhaust but witch ones the left and right and where do they point? that lower main drive shaft pully has three dots on it, whitch way do they go?
any quality help would be greatly appreciated.

are you changing the bell or has it snapped.If not snapped put spanner on bottom pulley and turn untill marks on cam shafts meet in the middle then in time.Then take of bottom pulley to see mark if out by one or two teeth put nut back on then turn to mark
