How can I fix my Beko WMA 520W Washing Machine?

My washing machine won't drain away. I've had the front off and looked for anything that might be trapped eg socks etc. pulled the machine out and checked the hose for blockages, but no joy. Pressed every button until I managed to get the door opened. Had to mop my floor and wring out my washing by hand. Switched it off at the wall left it for a while and tried running the cycle again. Same thing happened, help!!!! I've now got a washer full of water again.

take the filter out and then shine a light into the filter housing.you will see the impellor on the drain pump.check there is nothing wrapped around the impellor jamming it.flick it around using a long screwdriver and make sure it turns.usually something jammed around it causes this fault.
