in my mondeo car ( after replacing the battery ) it ask me for a code /
well i dont have it ' but i notice that it shows you the vehicle id at the screen of that unit .
does it mean anything ' for having the missing code ?

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard using a pair of extractor keys(available on Ebay) and the Serial Number will be on the radio casing.
Alternatively it will be with the car`s paperwork (Audio Guide)
