I purchased a Zanussi washer/dryer just over 2 years ago. 1st year great. Took out BG homecare. E20 started appearing and driving me nuts on the drying cycle. Took them a while but they fixed it somehow. It started again I could override by keeping my finger on the start button or resetting cycle. Now since May they have been trying to fix it and confirmed today that it is unrepairable. Great Over ÂŁ400 for two years that know one can fix. Where to the British public stand???
error 20 is a draining issue.9 times out of 10 its an intermittent drain pump.not all people are trained to mend the products that they are sent to repair.sounds like this is the case to me
