how can i fix my zanussi tc481w?

i have put the belt on my zanussi tc481w tumble dryer but can not get it tight

the motor has a wheel on it and this is sprung loaded via the motor spring.this is what tensions the drive belt.i suspect you have the belt the wrong side of the tensioner wheel
