Mend Sabre HE Hot Water Running

condensation boiler Sabre HE?

When operating the hot water tap I have to run one gallon of cold water off before hot water comes through. Also after running the hot water for a short time the water runs cold before returning to hot again. Since having this boiler which is 18 months old my water bills are more expensive. Is any body experiencing similar problems?

Yes I have a 28he and am using more gas to obtain hot water, can fill nearly a basin of cold water before receiving any hot after which if anybody draws cold water and there is even a small fluctuation in pressure it goes cold boiler is a load of crap !!!

the pressure has gone up to well over 2, we have bled the radiators and it dropped a little but as soon as we stoped it went back up, i will phone the help-line tomorrow but im worried about what will happen if it goes up anymore overnight, any advice?

have you contacted the manufaturer, boiler may still be in warranty...get the installer back
