can you do a refund on a ecr 100 ev?

Hi. I don't have information on this model, but they all work pretty much the same for refunding. You should have a button marked 'RF' or 'REF'. While in REGISTER mode, press this button. Now type the price to be refunded (no decimal point), then press the department (item) to be refunded. you can now continue with the sale, or press a payment button e.g cash to finish.
