The security code is set by the user as a security feature on initial installation. If you know the original owner you could ask them. Alternatavely contact Ferguson and ask for technical help. You might get lucky enough for someone to tell tell you how to override this feature although sometimes the engineers wont give to much advice about anthing (even though they know it). Try more than once if needed as some are more helpful than others.
