I moved the fridge/freezer along an uneven kitchen floor while trying to lay carpet underneath . After struggling for a while I heard a slow hiss from behind the freezer which continued for a while and the freezer lost pressure when closing the door. There is a small device fitted onto a pipe leading away from the cylinder which at some point was fitted and when moved slightly allowed ethanol to escape. I bought the freezer secondhand but the quality of the whole unit was suberb. can anything be done to fix this.
I own a Candy Eco systems frost free fridge freezer and the fridge does not cool down to 5 deg C. It only now achieves around 12 - 15 deg C. How do I fix it?

you have to get it re-gassed. A refridgeration company will do the work for a nominal fee, they come to you you and it'll be good as new
