Sky Box Stuck in Standby ??

I have tried resetting the box by turning it off and then pressing the left and right arrows and then turning it back on. Eventually the Green circle appears, so I press select. The green circle then starts flashing, but keeps flashing. Left it overnight and it's still flashing. I was expecting it to rotate clockwise !!! Anyone have any suggestions ?
