Mend Mercedes-Benz 208D Mercedes Key Engine

How can i start my mercedes sprinter 208d?

hi there,
when you turn the key the engine turns over but wont start. The glow plugs are fine, battery's fine, fuses under drivers seat are all fine, fuel is definitely getting through. have checked for air locks and there weren't any. start rite spray didn't help. is there another set of fuses to check? any other suggestions?

i have a sprinter 208d 1998 i wos driving it went to 2 gear revs wos high then it cut out wont start and no fuel getting though can any one help

There is another set of fuses on the steering colum.

Hi there,
thanks for that. It could be the compression because nothing comes out of the exhaust pipe when the engine turns over. how can i check it? its a 1995 sprinter, not computer controlled and with no immobiliser.

either sprays should start or at least cough any engine with compression.you are going to have to start looking at compression and timing.you dont state year or if it computor controlled.this would help.ie does it have an imoboliser.
