like jayne said,
there was a 20p inside aswell as two hair clips.
the problem must be to reduced water flow,hence the f-05.
once blockage clear the machine is working fine.

Check the water pump isn't blocked.
Mine came up with this I removed panel & stopper & there was a unblown up balloon & 2 5p's in there, the machine was fine after that. Becareful though if it has water in. (common sense really)
