Hotpoint FFA 97P - FRIDGE / FREEZER ?

Fridge is not getting cold at all but the freezer is working perfect. Equipment is around 2 years old. What can be wrong & how can I fix it?

i have found that the evaperator in the freezer freezes up because the derost channel heater which is foamed in has blown,the ice builds up and blocks the air duct have spoken to hotpoint and there is a mod kit which replaces this element.but if u defrost freezer for 48 hours then this removes the ice and the fridge will work, but will come back in a few months

don't buy hotpoint cr*p, service call out is now about £85 hardly worth repairing just get a new one.
