diplomat 8552/2 will not spin clothes ?

Hi Steve, could be a few faults that will cause this.If you put on prog5, turn on to fill.If the water level goes to the top of the lower door boot and just touches the glass door 3 ins then its okay.If it fills much higher,the pressure tube may be blocked,this will stop it spinning.Open the top and there is a black tube to the brown pressure switch.Pull it off and blow the obstruction out.Clean out tank with a good cleaner(Sun or Finish)If all this is okay,it could be the module.Part no 546060201 about £50. Could be the motor or timer but the first two faults are the most common.All the best.
