MY COMPUTER KEEPS FREEZING UP ,HOW DO I FIX IT?

MY COMPUTER IS TELLING ME TO FREE UP SOME SPACE ON MY DRIVERS,AND TO DO SO REMOVE SOME PROGRAMS ,HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO REMOVE I MEAN IDONT WANT TO REMOVE ANYTHING I SHOULDNT ,HELP ME???????

Delete Some OLd Data Like "T" Said Just Go To My Documents (if your using windows!) And Delete Your Old Files, Go To Start>control Panal>Add or remove programs and then click the programs whicth you want to delete!

BUT IF YOUR USING MAC......
I dont know ask somoe alse - im just a gunins @ windows not crapatosh!(macatosh)

you could try turning off system restore, then restaring you pc for the change to take effect. This will free up loads of space as each time you turn on your pc a new system restore "date" is logged which effectively uses loads of space. Once you have restarted after turning it off, then turn it back on again and restart for the change to take effect. I think that your PC is referring to your DRIVES not drivers. The Operating System (Windows?) is running out of space on yoyur hard drive(s) in which to work.

So you need to make some more space for it. You can either delete some old data that you don't need anymore or use the remove Programs Utility to remove old programs that you don't use anymore or install a second hard disk and move some of your data on to it.

When have done any of the above, then defragment your Hard Disk Drive.
