How can I fix my Epson Stylus Colour 1520?

The colour will not print on my Epson Stylus Colour 1520 printer. The black ink works perfectly but no colour at all. I think it is the print head - do I need to call an engineer or can I fix it myself. I have done countless head cleans and changed the cartridges.
