the drum is not going around in the zanussi aquacycle 1050, fls1183w,washing machine, this is resulting in clothes coming out very wet, how can i access the rear to ascertain what the problem is, what is causing this problem.......

Might be a bit a late and I don't know if it's the same as my FLA 1001w but to get the top off there should be two screws at the back, remove them and then slide the top back and off. I don't know where you go from there as I'm trying find out how to get access to the rear of the drum on mine; therer's no access panel! If you've worked it out let me know, pleease!
