I have a Bosch frost free fridge-freezer which is less than 4 years old. The bottom shelf in the freezer section collects water, which ices over and leaks.
I too have a problem with ice forming in the bottom of the freezer compartment of a Bosch refrigerator/freezer and it is not because the temperature is too high; not cold enough. I think it is a problem with the automatic defrost system.
