If I understand you correctly, then the trunk of your car won't stay up when you try to leave it open. however i'm sure I do so to fix the problem your having with your boot, you might want yo consult an auto dealer in your area and see if they can't help you find the correct part for your automobile. thanks for your question, and I hope this will help you fix your boot.
