Fridge not cooling down - Zanussi ZX99/5?

I have a Zanussi ZX97/5 or ZX 99/5.
The problem is the fridge is up full and it is not cooling down.
I have switched off and back on by plug and the power button but no joy.
Can anyone help and advise me what the problem may be.
The freezer compartment seems slightly cooler aswell but not totally defrosted.

defrost heater or sensors faulty.defrost for 24hrs with both doors open and then switch it on.this should then work ok for a short time (may be 1 mth if lucky) and then will go back to same fault condition
