Mend Vokera Line 28 Boiler Temperature Radiators

Vokera Line 28 Boiler Temperature?

I recently drained my system and filled it with "desludger", with a view to running it for a week then redraining and filling with inhibitor. I turned down the boiler teperature control to force the water through the radiators at a lowish temperature (it being summer). However, the temperature seems awfully high, even with the boiler temp. control set to minumum. Can anyone advise whether i am misunderstanding, or do I have a fault?

IN THIS CASE IT SEEMS THE BUTTON MAY BE BROKE AND YOU HAVENT REALLY TURNED IT DOWN IT IS ONLY A PLASTIC D SHAPED CONNECTION IN TO THE PCB . DOES IT SPIN ALL THE WAY ROUND
