Mend Gainsborough Works Installed Low

My Gainsborough Style 400x hardly works?

I have a Gainsborough Style 400x installed. I can't use the Low setting as it is either weak when on Cold or barely a dribble on Hot. When on High, it is still relatively weak, yet is is too hot even with the temperature set to the coldest. Showering has become a pretty difficult affair. Please help!

i have the same problem, i too have the 400x, poor water flow. you might need to replace it and go for a much higher kw like mabey 10kw the more kw the hotter it gets the more cold you can add so therefore more pressure. hope i have helped.
