I have a Zanussi aquacycle 1400 that would not spin. Having tried the obvious things such as filter and belt etc. I removed the belt and the motor spins freely by hand but the drum is locked tight. What can I do to fix this?
you probably have something stuck down the front of the drum between the door gasket and the stainless steel inner tub.get a torch and shine it down between the two parts and see if you can see it.
