I have a bush 28 inch widescreen tv from the UK, I have moved to the Czech Rep and now my tele just switches itself off, it started doing it now and again, but now I turn it on and in a couple of seconds it switches itself off, is there anything I can do about it?
If it uses the Beko chassis that I think it does, there's a blue 1kV disc ceramic cap that splits and arcs. Eventually, may take out chopper transistor. Also check for dry soldering to heavy components, ie. transformers.
