May not be the answer -I have a Triton shower and the Outlet Thermal cutout is defunct. Water gets warm but never hot.
There is another Thermal cutout as well "Main" but I dont know what effect it would have if that was broken.

the heating element is broke you need to get a Replacement can assembly.
