how can i fix my vaillant vcw242E combi?

it really depends on incoming water supply and pressure, there is a small screw on the underside of the inlet pipe which restricts or increases flow you could try adjusting this there may be a filter blocked there could be any other number of problems, if you dont know what you are doing i would personally get someone in that does i am afraid!!
