not emptying water points to a filter or drain pump problem find and clean the filter and check /strip drain pump
basically clean all pipes from the start of the sump drain hose through to the drain u bend and LASTLY remember to CLEAR THE HOLE that the drain hose connects to (stand pipe is better due to better flow capacity a new drain pump maybe required
