E2 Water drain error - Water not draining from W/M


Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked and the debris filter is clear, switch off the power/reconnect, the drain pump should operate to drain W/M


If problem persists a service call is advisable

We had the same problem, Error code HE2 stands for problems with the heater.
