How can I fix my Aqualisa Aquastream shower?

We had an Aqualisa Aquastream shower since we bought the house 3.5 years ago (it was already here). It used to be a bit noisy but about four months ago the noise became too much. Soon after, in a month or so it disappeared completely and now it does not sound at all, but at the same time the power seems to have gone too. We barely have some water coming out of the shower head. Is it fixable? Do I need a new one instead?

this happened to mine could be transformer as mine packed up after load noise etc
got a new one now that drips!!!!!

the motor has failed, check the brushes you may just get away with new ones.
