I need help installing my Mikomi webcam?

I have recently bought a mikomi webcam. I have followed the instructions on the CD to the letter, but keep getting a message telling me that the hardware cannot be installed because I have no video capture hardware. I´ve tried to download this but stll the webcam does not work. Help!!!

Agreed, you are much better off buying a recognised brand such as logitec or creative, I can't imagine argos has a very good tech support line.

The video capture hardware is the camera so ensure that you carry out the installation instructions (especially the order in which you do things) to the letter.

Mikomi is an Argos Own Brand and so if they are unable to help you, take it back for a refund.
