How can I fix my Kenmore 70 Washing Machine?

My Kenmore 70 washing machine goes thru all the cycles, however, when it goes thru the last spin cycle it does not take the water out of the clothes. The clothes are still sopping wet like the machine didn't spin at all. Can you help me?
