What is wrong with my Aqualisa Quartz Shower?

Hi, Hy shower (Aqualisa Quartz) is not working. I have checked and it's not the fuse. The buttons to press to turn the shower on - flashes on and off as if struggling to work! No water comes out although it is stil dripping though turned off?!!

Can anyone help or even tell me do I need a plumber or electrician!!?? Or possibly reccommend one to me please, I live in the Orpington area.
