Cenral heating pump overrun?

I have a Baxi Solo 3 Pf boiler for heating and hot water.
The pump doesn't switch off, the only way is to switch it off at the mains, any ideas please ?

the pump is normally connected via junction box with all other valves or stats , or direct 2 boiler in its proper terminals , your boiler manual will assist you in wiring it properly so it overruns with boiler firing
