I run windows vista and cannot load my camcorder to play back onto the computer. Can anyone help

I have this model, same issue last year, phoned JVC and they were recalling them all. My was out of guarantee and they fixed it. The reason I found your query today was my camera has done the same thing again and I was looking for advice. Anyway I rang JVC just for a try and they are taking it wednesday for a repeat repair...free. This is a design fault. Give them a ring. Jane
