My reebok i run squeeks. Does it need oiling and how do I do this?

My Reebok i run squeeks at most speeds. It seems to be at the back of the treadmill. It sounds a bit like a squeeky washing machine spinning. How and where do I oil it?

to oil reebok i run you stand it up, and behind the bottom right hand side of wheel stand is fan belt, shine a torch in hole and you will see fan belt.
