My Energy 2000X shower shows 'Reduce Temperature' and 'Power' lights when switched on but does not heat the water. What is wrong and can I fix the problem.
Could be that there is not enough water flow available. i.e. lack of pressure. Check stop-cock is fully open first, then check any other shut-off valves you may have in the system.
