cleaner does not sucks water?

Make sure that you have the lid on the dirty water container correctly. Also, you may want to check the filter located either under a clear triangular part on the front of the cleaner or on the bottom. You can clean it with a wetted finger. The only other thing I can think of is to check to make sure that the round black gasket that connects the dirty water container to the source of the suction is in place and present.

it could be various things, i would check the filter making sure it is clean, make sure you have the filter lid installed & make sure the floor nozzle is attached properly. if that wasn't the problem resubmit the question with what you have checked
