Bad Pool Caller means a driver is trying to create a zero-bit pool,  and the OS won't let it.  Since it's happening when you burn CDs,  try getting new drivers for your CD-RW drive,  then your IDE controller,  then your chipset,  in that order.  If those don't do it,  try running Windows Update from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com.  I know there's an update for burning CDs in there somewhere.  Good luck.
