wt.smoke could it be the spark plug?

how do you get rid of white smoke from my rx75 jhn.deere the engine was sitting 5 yrs i put fule line cleaner /carb cleaner to start it its a 9.5 ohc also replaced oil drained it refilled it . with clean oil

Did you a) over fill it, or b) tip the machine on it's side for any reason?

If 'a', remove the excess (pour it out of the filler hole if you have to).

If 'b', just let it run. It will clear (eventually!).
