Mend Glow-worm Climapro-RF 38cxi Boiler Thermostat Heating

To override 'HOLIDAY' function in Glow-worm Climapro-RF?

I have new 38cxi installed and decided to get -wireless programmable Room thermostat-Climapro RF.
Boiler was functioning fine before connecting the unit.
I programmed the programmer with installer.(I am familiar with commercial controllers).
however, it appears either we have programmed in 'hoilday mode' or it was already there.
I am following the instructions and what ever i try i can not get rid of holiday mode and so boiler thinks i am on holiday and it will not fire.
Any clues from anyone please ? we r freezing ???.Thanks.

According to the manual to deactivate the holiday function you just press the mode button (on the Climapro RF) once and the suitcase symbol disappears.
I just tried this and it worked.
If that doesn't work for you then I would press the mode button once and then keep pressing the + button until the timer symbol flashes i.e. it's in automatic mode.
