How can I fix my windscreen washers on my 1998 renault megane?

The motor is working (I can hear it), the washer bottle is full, the jets are clear, but the water is not spraying onto either the front screen or the back screen. Could the actual pump need replacing, or could it just be a blockage in the pipes from the water bottle?
