Carburettor settings for Fymo Venturer with Tecumseh HiTec40ES motor ?

I have a Flymo Venturer Mower with a Tecumseh Electric start motor.It has worked very well for many years with minimal maintenance.However having had startingand slow running problems recently i stripped and cleaned the carburettor ( DelOrto i think) but now i am having problems understanding the reassembly of the linkage/ cable control mechanism on the top of the carb, I think i have also managed to upset the engine governor settings.This is a single lever control cable where the farthest forward position is choke, one notch back is fast and two notches back is tickover. Can anyone give me some guidance on connecting up the linkage/springs/cable mechanism and resetting the engine speed governer.
