sounds like the drum suspension has failed. Remove top and rear covers of the machine (disconnect from mains first !) and take a look at the suspension units and any top springs. If the suspension has failed the drum will flop around when you give it a shove. Suspension parts can be bought for this machine from a good washing parts supplier and changing them isnt a big job though its fiddly.
