Mend Sears 139.53634 Light Bulb Problem

light bulb connection on my sears garage door opener?

I have had my garage door opener for a number of years with no problem, now the light bulbs keep wiggling out and do not make a connection. If I screw them in and use the door a couple of times they do not turn on.
